How do you stop being unhappy even if you have every reason in the world to be unhappy?  You’ve tried everything, therapy, medication, support groups, books, courses, and everything that you could possibly think of, and still, you cannot seem to feel better.

How to stop being unhappy 

You feel helpless and hopeless and sometimes even wonder if something is deeply wrong with you.   

But, if there is a way to feel better, don’t you have the right to have that?

There is a way to find happiness.  Finding happiness is not difficult.

In this blog, I am going to talk with you about just how you can simply utilize your already existing power source to create a life of happiness even if you have been unhappy for too long.

Reasons You Need to Know how to stop being unhappy and find happiness

The reasons are:

  • It is simply unnecessary to be unhappy. 
  • You gain so much in life when you are not unhappy:
    • You gain life itself.  
    • You gain what has passed you by until now.  
    • You gain the wisdom and insight that you need and want.  
    • You gain all the power that you have the right to have.  
    • You get to meet people that you have not.
    • You get to know the world in new and powerful ways.
    • And so much more!

Step-by-Step Instructions to defeat unhappiness

Let’s talk about some of the potential causes of the unhappiness in your life and potential solutions for those things…

  1. You may feel unhappy because you are not where you want to be in your career then in that case…
    • Invest the time to figure out why this is happening in your life.  Know with clarity that you are worth Your time and Your effort to discover the right solutions to this issue and resolve it so that you can have the success and fulfillment that you seek.
  2. You do not have a partner that is loving and appreciative
    • If your partner is truly unsupportive of you and it is not about your over-expectations, you have two practical choices that you can make.  
    • If you want to stay with them for the reason of family well-being, then you can begin to build your life in a way that you don’t need support from your partner.  Get the support that you want from friends and family and even a coach to help you reach your potential as a person.
    • If you want to find a better and truly supportive partner for yourself, then you know what you need to do.  You have to get free.
    • Of course, if your partner is abusive, then, there is no need for an assessment, you must leave your partner or create and take action steps that will safely set you free.
  3. You do not have enough quality friends
    • If you do not have enough quality friends, then make a commitment to start getting to know new people with the intention in your heart to be the very kind of quality friend that you are desiring.
    • Once you begin to make good friends, continue the practice of being that quality good friend to all of them.  Keep being a quality friend and let your life in friendship unfold.  You will be truly happy that you did.
  4. You do not have the fitness level that you want
    • Get a journal notebook that you can love looking at.  Write down in your journal why you would like to be fit and what benefit it will have in your life.
    • To start:
      • Put aside 10 minutes every morning to get ready to do something for 5 minutes.  
      • Do something for 5 minutes every day first thing in the morning and just let your body tell you when you want to do longer.  
      • No matter how you do the exercises, do them at the same time every day.
    • Begin to notice how you feel throughout the day and appreciate the energy and feeling of vibrancy that is in your life as you exercise every day.
    • Do this and watch yourself become fitter and fitter.
  5. You feel undervalued, unappreciated, and unseen.
    • It is time for you to become focused on self-love, self-awareness, and self-appreciation.
      • Spend quality time with yourself to connect with who you are and what it is that you clearly love, desire, and want in your life.
      • Take quality care of yourself with love.
      • Give yourself room to be imperfect by accepting yourself and unconditionally forgiving yourself when you do make mistakes.
      • Give yourself unconditional love by loving yourself energetically and internally having a conversation of love.  Say, “I love you” to yourself.  You must say the words with love in your heart.  Say them the way you say them to someone you love like crazy.  
    • You truly and honestly do not need other people’s appreciation or to be seen by them.  
    • While it is true, you don’t need them, when you don’t need them when you are focused on self-development and are focused on your greater purpose and meaning, others will see you appreciate you, and value who you are.
  6. You have been left behind, abandoned by someone you love
    • First, realize you have no power to affect what another person does.
    • Next, realize you have all the power in the world over what you do.
    • Next see that the smartest thing to do is focus your energy on doing something that you actually have the power to do.
    • You have the power to create the most beautiful life that you can and focus all your energy on creating the life that you love and let all the other things do what they must do.
    • If you stay focused on the fact and circumstances and even perhaps your wish for that person’s return, you are abandoning yourself as that person has abandoned you.
    • Remain focused on your life, become something even more beautiful and greater and more powerful than you had been before, and see what happens to you.  You will be very grateful that you did.
  7. Everyone around you seems to be less than of quality
    • You have zero control or power over what other people are doing and focusing your attention on them is a pure waste of your time.  You do not get your time back.
    • Focus on what you can do to:
      • Create and be in an environment that you would love to be in.
      • Being the person that you want to be
      • Do the things that you want to do
      • Create life and participate in life in things that are in alignment with you.
  8. You have less than good health
    • Take the time to evaluate your situation.
    • Design a lifestyle that will produce for you the healthiest life that you possibly can have.
    • Take action according to your design that will lead you to optimal health.

By taking the right action steps toward stopping being unhappy, you will find happiness in ways that you had not expected.  

By becoming a happier and self-fulfilled person, a person that you want to be, you are making a powerfully positive difference in your life.

And by making a positive difference in your life, you are making a positive difference in the world.

Can you imagine a world filled with people who are doing whatever it takes to be the happiest that they can be?

It would be a beautiful world.
