How to Stop feeling Anxiety

Anxiety can be debilitating, even if it is for a brief time.

It can also cause havoc not only on your physical and emotional health but also on the health of your life path.

If you have been suffering from it for a long time, you might think that you are powerless under it, like I used to feel.

I have found a way to educate myself, take action, and learn how to tackle it and in many ways prevent it and so can you.

This post is about how to stop feeling anxiety so that you can live your best life and be the best version of yourself.

How to Stop Feeling Anxiety

What will happen if you don’t work on stopping anxiety

  • life of suffering
  • inability to control emotional chaos
  • continual damage to yourself
  • negative consequences to relationships
  • difficulty in career or business success
  • negative self-image
  • interruption to happiness

Life with anxiety as your companion is not a fun or a good life.  You are enslaved to it while trying to stop it, avoid it, and then finally fall under it.

A life of living in fear of anxiety is not an ideal way to live a life and growing out of it is the best thing to do.

What will happen to you if you learn how to stop feeling anxiety

  • sense of self-control
  • self-empowered
  • self-awareness
  • more success
  • better relationships
  • consistent happiness
  • peace
  • calm
  • good sense of well-being

Peace and calm in your life is a good thing to get accustomed to.  What if you can have a life that is calm and peaceful?  Wouldn’t that be great?

What would you get if you can?  Your life would be better in every way.  You will be free to be better in every way.

Wouldn’t you want that?

The 5 second Rule amazon

Mel Robbin talks about Leaning into the anxiety when you have it instead of fighting it.  It is a very intelligent and useful technique for many reasons.  First, you are taking out fear from the equation which means you stop fearing anxiety.

Next, you are putting yourself in charge which is so smart since part of what you feel is a sense that you are out of control and that you cannot help yourself.  When you take charge, you are then immediately the boss of it.

While learning how to manage the anxiety that you feel is powerful, you can practice daily habits in your life by establishing a good emotional foundation that will help you to prevent anxiety or lower the level of it so that you can easily talk yourself down when you see it emerging.
